Minimum of 15 years’ experience in similar assignments dealing with preparation of bidding documents and in procurement of Works, Goods, Consulting and non-consulting Services, preparation of strategic procurement plan (or equivalent document), assisting the IAs in early market engagement, etc. in projects funded by international financing institutions.
