• Bid Evaluation
• Commercial Advisory & Cost Efficiency (Life-Cycle Cost analysis and Spare Parts Package strategy formulation experience is highly preferred)
• Insurance requirements (EAR, CAR)
• INCOTERMS (FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP)
• Advisory on Bank Guarantees including value, validity and format
• Advisory on Buy-back / Re-sale strategy
